What type of posts are needed?

The standard post type we recommend is a wide based post around 4.5m high (from ground level). Solagen equipment can be adapted to a wide range of posts, including passively safe types, such as Jerol.

Why is a wide based post required?

The sign electronics and batteries are housed in the base of the post. This means that the sign can be thin and lightweight. If required, backing boxes can be supplied to allow a straight post to be used.
